By accessing or using the Lumino Image Toolkit ("Lumino", "we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Permitted Commercial & Personal Use

Lumino is provided 100% free of charge for both non-commercial personal projects and commercial workflows (including graphic design, software development, e-commerce, and print production).

You retain 100% full, unencumbered ownership and copyright of all images, documents, and visual assets processed through the application. Lumino claims no intellectual property rights over user content.

3. Client-Side Execution & Security

Because all image processing algorithms execute strictly within your local browser sandbox via WebAssembly and HTML5 Canvas, you are solely responsible for ensuring you possess the legal rights, permissions, or copyright to manipulate and edit the visual media you process.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software, tools, and educational guides are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lumino, its creators, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
